I can wear these pads fully confident that it will hold my flow and won't have to worry about spillage. It's relatively comfortable, even though it felt like a diaper the first time I wore it lol. I really love these size pads. I have a fibroid growing at the moment, and surgery can not be scheduled yet, so I can hemmorege at any time. I also wear these, so I know there will be no leaks or messed when I wake up. Heavy flow is no match for this Maxi
I've tried a lot of different pads, but the Always Nighttime Maxi Pads with wings are the only ones that truly work for me. I have a heavy flow, and these are the only pads that keep me feeling dry and protected through the night. The coverage is great, and I wake up without leaks or spots-something I can't say about other brands. The wings are comfortable and stay in place.
