This brand and thickness prevents leaks except for when the wings scrunch up during wear while exercising. This happens with most brands in my experience.. The length provides great coverage. The pad is actually very thin but provides protection I would expect from a thicker pad. The price is affordable. For lighter days

The length is very good, but the wings seem to be in an odd place. It is not uncomfortable to wear.
