It's a pad. It does its job. It's nice they started making them in various sizes. However the 'technology' hasn't changed in decades so it is what it is. These pads are phenomenal! I have been using them for years now and I haven't switched ever! The comfort and fit that these things have is top-tier! No leak and does not moves once it’s clipped.
