This new product formulation was designed to provide you with the same strength of hold on your hair without all the compromises to how your hair feels. We intended for the change to add not only moisture but a light texture as well, giving your hair a great hold while letting it still flow naturally. Thanks for getting in touch with us about this, Dianne. I'm sorry you've had this trouble. We recommend shaking the can and then tilting it until it is virtually upside down before trying to dispense the mousse. We've found that if the can isn't tilted correctly with each use, then the propellant will run out long before the mousse, and what product does come out will be too runny to use. If you've already tried this and it still doesn't work, there may be something else going on. I'm going to report your experience to our Quality Assurance team.
