Yes the packaging is new but our product's formulation is the original you've come to love. Typically the cause of hair feeling flat, limp, lank, or too soft is a product containing too much conditioner for your hair. We recommend trying to use it very sparingly and only on the ends of your hair. And remember a little goes a long way!
