I have been using this face wash for a decade and always buy several bottles at a time because they have not always been easy to find. We just purchased more yesterday and wrongly assumed the packaging was just updated, but no, this is a completely different face wash and it is terrible. My face is dry and itchy after one use and the physical exfoliant is practically non-existent. If there is a way to purchase the old formula, or if anyone else has noticed this problem and found a good alternative product that would be great. Packaging of Positively Radiant is flawed
The product is OK. But the packaging is woefully deficient. We have had two different tubes where the cap broke off or the cap fractured so we could not get the product out of the tube. The hole was plugged with piece that broke off the cap.
