I have been tracking my sleep as well as the number of times I use the restroom for the past 5 years. I have tried many supplements as well as hacks to reduce or eliminate getting up at night to use the restroom. I followed the AVO instructions exactly. I have completed one and a half bottles so far. I will continue to finish the second bottle. So far there has been no improvement in the number of time that I get up each night to use the restroom. I still get up the exact same number of times that I did before using AVO.
