Keeps sugar levels consistent !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from influencer for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I was diagnosed type 2 not too long ago so I have been trying different high protein drinks for a lo carb diet. I used the 3 I recieved once a day . Testing my sugars I didn't notice any spikes and my numbers stayed consistent which was good. The texture was fine. The packaging is similar to other protein drinks out there. The taste ? It was tolerable in a pinch but there are better tasting and higher protein count shakes out there . Taste great and no aftertaste.

This drink is for people who are prediabetic to help them control their glucose. Tastes smooth and delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drink was super smooth. The flavor tasted delicious. None of the ingredients bothered me but I wish there were a few less long named ones. It was a good drink to have to keep my blood sugar consistent before a doctor visit. Smooth protein shake

Good shake

I am not sure about the effectiveness of the product was testing more for the flavor.
