I only remembered about this product because I'm sick and found a nearly 15 year old box. I had 3 left. They were the only things that helped me sleep with being horribly sick. So I bought a new box. I bought the Extra Strength, to be sure they woukd srick. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! I followed directions exactly, but they DO NOT STICK AT ALL. I tried 4 of them to make sure. And I used $10 from my Extra Bucks that I CAN'T get back. Don't make the same mistake!!!!!
