I bought this as a gift for a family member. The construction seems lighter than our pitcher that is several years old. I am hoping that it is durable enough. Size is good and it seems easy to clean. Mold in filter green algae in pitcher

Poor help with product from Brits
I changed filter as directed and went to reset light as directed and nothing happened , waited and tried several times , nothing and I can’t find any trouble shooting or ways to contact Brita to address this issueReply from brita.com4 months agoThanks for reviewing our Denali Pitcher, Vickie.
