    Perfect size pitcher that provides fresh, crisp wa

    This was a great investment. To have access to bottled water without having excessive plastic bottles in the recycle is truly refreshing. The taste of the water once it has been filtered is fresh and crisp. The pitcher is also the perfect size to fit in my fridge. I highly recommend if you want to save money on buying cases of water!

    Great Buy

    I've had one for years and after at least 7 or 8 years it developed a crack in the bottom and started leaking . I believe that is excellent!

    Product Unstable

    This product is unstable, has a tapered narrow base, prone to falling over at the slightest bump. I purchased one six months ago and it has fallen over 8 times The last time it broke completely in half, water going everywhere

    A Disappointment

    I regret making an online purchase and not going in person. Despite arriving in the plastic packaging, my new water pitcher came dirty, with a black ink mark stretching down one of the sides of the pitcher. I had to scrub at it to remove the black ink, and now there are scratches in the plastic. Furthermore, the sensor at the top does not work consistently. I press it for 2 seconds and nothing happens. I pressed it for 6 seconds and nothing happens. I open the flap in the lid and stare at the sensor for signs of life. Nothing. I flip the lid upside down, and this if what finally makes it flash green? How does this make any sense. Also, why is there no option for me to check whether my filter needs a replacement? My old model had a status button and that would show if my filter was still good or if it needed to replace. No option for that on this one. The only thing I like is the color (transparent teal), but even the aesthetic doesn't make up for how awful this is compared to my old brita filter.

    Don’t buy

    I bought 2 weeks ago and black specs keeps coming form coming from the filter! Seems like defective! So frustrating

    Lee, we appreciate your honest feedback about our Denali Pitcher. We're crushed that the carbon dust was in your pitcher, and we'd like to offer some insight. The black specks you see are particles of activated carbon and aren't harmful. Resoaking the filter, completely submerged in a tall glass of cold water, for 15 minutes, then holding it for 1-2 minutes under cold running tap water is often enough to minimize this. The particles also may be minimized by ensuring that water doesn't run into the reservoir with full force, and that the incoming water is generally directed away from the filter.     Wonderfully Convenient!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Brita pitcher is perfect for having filtered water either on a trip or for houses with a smaller fridge! I used mine while staying in a hotel for the weekend and didn't feel like buying a bunch of bottles water. The filter worked perfect for making the hotel tap water drinkable to my level of taste. The pitcher size is smaller then a standard Brita tank but it's much easier to use and store in the fridge.
