[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to take approximately 2 hours before I wanted to go to sleep. At that point I was ready to sleep. Had a very restful sleep without any interruption. When I woke there were no side effects of taking it. Woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. The box and pill bottle are a very nice color of a pink/purple indicating it would be for a woman. Reduces hot flashes tremendously
I was experiencing 5-6 hot flashes a night in addition to multiple during the day. This is the first product I've tried to ease perimenopause symptoms. I didn't notice much difference after the first dose but figured I'd stick with it. By the third night it started working and reduced the number of hot flashes at night as well as the intensity. I'm maybe only having one little hot flash at night instead of multiple. It's been several days since I even had a hot flash during the daytime. Worth trying for the right consumer

Very Effective

When I feel irritable and tired I will take one before bed and I sleep well and my next day is better. Later night sweats

I slept better less night sweats. Easy to swallow, no after taste. The main ingredients are natural which is a huge plus.
