Helps, but not a cure.

Best sleep ever.

Foe the first time in forever, I am able to fall asleep pretty quickly, and if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I can finally fall back to sleep. It worked that well the first night that I used it. It has even helped with the night sweats.. You better run and get you some. Restful Sleep!

I will begin by saying that I really like Centrum brand supplements, I have been taking their multivitamin supplement for years so trying these to help with my menopause symptoms really intrigued me. I do not experience many hot flashes but have had trouble with getting a good night's sleep, since taking this supplement before bedtime it is seeming to help me achieve a better night rest. I took one star off my review because of the size of the tablet, it is a bit large for me to take right before I go to sleep and I need a big glass of water to get it down which leads to having to get up to use the bathroom during the night, but I have no problem falling back asleep. Easy to Use - Seems to Help
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm at that age where the annoyances we associate with menopause ebb and flow, but when they appear, they are in full force. This is most noticeable for me at night with night sweats, insomnia, etc… This supplement is from a well known brand I trust (Centrum). There are 28 tablets and you take 1 a day, so it's a 4 week supply if you take them every night. The pills contain Calcium, their Dailyzz Herbal Blend of Spearmint and Green Tree extracts, and geniVida along with the usual inactive ingredients. These can be taken in conjunction with the Menopause Support Multivitamins too. I've been using as directed for a few weeks. The tablets are somewhat large, but they were easy to swallow and I have had zero negative side effects from taking them. My sleep has been a bit better lately, but I have also made other adjustments, so I will keep taking these along with eating and healthy diet and exercising regularly and see if I get enough benefits from these to substantiate me continue to take these regularly.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com
