Trusted brand of multivitamin for adults 50 plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is a multivitamin for 50 plus adults. As at every stage we all need it to offset what we are missing in our daily diets. I've taken other Centrum supplements and trust the brand. A good multivitamin is important I just wish the pills were smaller or less harder to swallow. All multivitamins seem to be the size of horse pills and on some days not as easy to go down. I would recommend taking it while eating breakfast. Another super vitamin from Centrum

It was clear that as I entered my 50's, I needed a vitamin that was different than what I needed in my 30's and 40's. These vitamins are packed with everything that I need like C,D,E and K and a ton of others! The size is easy to swallow for me.
