This Centrum Silver supports heart, brain, eye and while body health which all of those are very important to me. I appreciate the tablets are on the smaller side so very easy to swallow. Effective multi vitamin!

They go down easy and the kid is easy to get on and off. These are definitely worth the money. Great value easy to take
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Influenster asked me to review these centrum silver 50+ multivitamin. They sent a bottle of 220.. These vitamins are good for heart, brain eyes and whole body energy. I have taken them for about a week. I haven't noticed a difference yet but think I will. I was happy to try them centrum is a well known company. I am sharing with my sister and still this bottle will last us almost 4 months. So they are a good value. Give your aging body all the help it can get.

So you don't have to buy two different kinds if you want to take them at the same time with someone else and has all your basics covered and all the vitamins that you need with some extra vitamin B 12.
