This is the Centrum Silver for adults 50 and over, for both men and women. We have been taking Centrum silver for the past 10 years. The tablets are easy to swallow, you take one per day. This 220 count will last us about 4 months, splitting it between my husband and I. There is no taste to them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes in a large sealed plastic bottle. When I first opened the bottle, I noticed the vitamins smell like vanilla. Great for people that don’t eat a healthy diet.

This is a well known brand whose products have been shown to be effective. This multivitamin supports your heart brain, eyes and overall whole body. They are non-GMO and are also gluten-free. Great daily vitamin for over 50 crowd!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already use vitamins….supplements from other brand names so this was an easy task for me to complete from Influenster. I'm over 50 so that was an easy criteria to fill. I need to take a daily vitamins so there's another box checked. I take these with lunch with a full glass of water. As per the instructions to take with food once daily. No stomach upset at all. Some vitamins can cause that but this from Centrum did not. Perfect! Easy tablets to swallow. I am sharing these with my over 50 husband so it can be used by male or female. I am it helps with all but would love to be able to see better! I'll update after 4 months.
