This is a life saver as far as decongesting but my daughter is very sensitive to Red dye 40, and that along with other dye is in this medicine. Please make a dye free version!! The kids don't care about the color!

Pseudoephedrine works better on my daughter. As she has allergy, her sinus problem gets much worse when she has cold and nothing works for her. Only this hellos her nor a saline nasal spray

Name brand Sudafed is one of the few OTC products that actually work. The children's grape liquid tastes good and eases my child's symptoms quickly with no side effects. Please don't stop making this in a children's formula!

my grandchildren are very picky , only product i found that they will take n not spit out, they loved it and wanted more....i do recomend this, no problems with the kids taking their meds to get better
