Easy to take, great benefits

I really like this brand because there's no filers in it. Zinc is great to add to your diet. Excellent formulation!
My sister has Hashimoto Thyroiditis and need zinc to help with her thyroid levels. I have to say that this product, after using for a few weeks is pretty good.Her levels are managed better and hormonal moods have leveled out more. She had out of control hormonal acne on her face,her skin is absolutely perfect and clear because of this... I wish I'd found it sooner without suffering so much. I believe it's good for immunity also because we hardly even get sick these days. Also it comes as a 3 month supply , which is great. It is easily absorbed,no after taste & doesn't irritate the gut.
