High dosage of zinc as advertised. Careful, this is a lot of zinc to take in one day. Make sure you need it. This could really put you in a bad place if you don't. However, if you're low on zinc then one a day of these should bring you around. I just received it about a week ago with zinc product and I take it about every other day. My diet varies a bit and so getting Extra zinc I feel is important.
