Natural Mouthwash
Natural mouthwash is an effective way to help reduce the number of bacteria in your mouth and keep your breath clean and fresh. You can find plenty of oral hygiene products to choose from when you search online at CVS.
What Is Natural Mouthwash?
The best natural mouthwash is made using aceites esenciales and botanicals and is alcohol-free. You can make your own natural mouthwash at home with only a few ingredients, including distilled agua and a few drops of peppermint essential oil, or mix a cup of distilled water and a spoonful of baking soda. Many essential oils offer their own antimicrobial and antibacterial properties without the use of harsh chemicals.
What’s a Good Natural Mouthwash?
A good natural enjuague bucal is one that provides protection while reducing bacteria and inflammation. Choose mouthwashes with ingredients such as cinnamon oil, which contains compounds that may be effective against periodontal diseases, or tea tree oil, which may be beneficial in fighting plaque and tartar buildup. The best natural mouthwash for gingivitis is one that includes ingredients such as lemongrass oil, aloe vera or sage. A simple saltwater rinse may also reduce gum inflammation caused by gingivitis.
To make a lemongrass oil mouthwash, mix a couple of drops of lemongrass essential oil in a glass of water. Aloe vera doesn't have to be diluted. It can be used at full strength up to three times a day.
How Do You Use Mouthwash?
Start by brushing with a soft-bristled cepillo dental and fluoride toothpaste for at least 2 minutes. Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle, apply gentle pressure and scrub all areas of each tooth. Start with the front teeth, and work your way back. Floss between each tooth afterward with hilo dental.
Pour approximately 1/2 OZ mouthwash into a small cup. Don't dilute it. This is about three-fourths of a cap on a regular bottle of mouthwash. Pour the mouthwash into your mouth, and swish it around for 30 seconds. Spit the mouthwash out. Repeat this process once in the morning after breakfast and again in the evening after your meal.
