This is not the experience we hope for you to have, and we will be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams. <br /><br />We have included some tips below to prevent your lashes from clumping when applying mascara:<br />-Make sure your previous mascara has been completely removed and there is no residual make-up remover on your lashes. <br />- When applying the product, place the brush at the base of your lashes and glide it to the tips. This will leave a smooth, even coating of mascara on your lashes. <br />-Also, try wiggling or zigzagging the brush while gliding the brush from the base of your lashes to the tip.
