This is not the experience we hope for you to have, and we will be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams. <br /><br />We suggest using an oil-based make-up remover (containing Paraffinum Liquidum) or baby oil to remove this mascara. Apply makeup remover or baby oil to your lashes. Leave the makeup remover or baby oil on your lashes for a few seconds to let it soak in. Wipe it away gently with a cotton pad or cotton ball.
