Wonder Drug?... Nah. Much Better
I took this before going to bed at night. It got me a little bit more relaxed than usual. So I slept extremely well. And there's absolutely no side effects. I woke up feeling pretty good and normal. i bought this a couple of months ago because of what i read about 5- HTP but honestly really didn't notice anything maybe would need to be on it a lot longer. improved mood and sleep
I've been taking these capsules for about a week and am definitely seeing an improvement in my mood and sleep. I've been waking up in a good mood, feeling well-rested, and I feel less stressed about my day job. I find that I'm more productive at work too. They seem to work!
These CVS health 5-HTP capsules seem to do the job to help sleep and boost mood the next day. They kind of cause drowsiness so take them before bed to help sleep. Slight difference
I been taking this 5HTp supplement for three weeks now and I noticed some slightly noticeable differences of sleep quality and mood is little better. I will keep taking it till I get convinced that it's good for my health.4 users found this review helpful.
