    Calming

    This helps me sleep at night and calms my nerves. I have not taken it during the day or in the morning since it seems to make me drowsy. No negative affects so far and no issues waking up in the morning after taking it.

    Works great!

    I recently used these CVS Health 5HTP capsules and love how great they work! They come in a 30 count of 100 mg. I've used CVS Health brand before and absolutely love it. These supplements make me feel calm and less stressed through out the day! I highly recommend these!

    Helps to quit smoking

    I use this at work to calm my nerves when I wanna go smoke a cigarette. Usually I take it before work and hope for the best, I do feel a difference at times which controls my urges but I don't really see a difference other than that.

    CVS Health Capsules

    I started taking the capsules, I wasn't sure if this would work for me. It did, wonderfully. No chemical after taste or smells. I took them as directed, and feel great. They do the job. I will be buying this for now on.

    These capsules work amazing. They are great supplements and great serotonin inhabitor. They are a natural way to feel calm and less stress. They work fast with no issues. Great product, great ingredients highly recommended

    Good not great

    I got this product last week. When I used it I felt like I slept better but was groggy when waking. I recommend if you are going to use this to give yourself at least 8-10 hours of good sleep time. The pills were easy to swallow and small. Overall, this product is good but not great.

    Makes me sleepy

    These capsules say on the label may cause drowsiness and they do exactly that. I was so sleepy after taking the recommended dosage I could not do anything but lay around. They also make me feel dizzy and not at all like myself or calm. For me these made me feel worse than I normally do and I do recommend them.
