The tube was put in the same bag as the body washes and shampoo. And by the time I got it home the tube had squished and half the cream was lost. Also when picking up the order , the package seemed light. On opening it I found an item missing. The packer did not carefully fulfil the order until I brought it to their attention that something seems missing. They then opened the package and realized it was short of a bottle of body wash. They got me one but not the variety I had ordered because it wasn't available. I agreed to take it.
