Affordable and easy to take, but results are slow
The CVS Health Lutein and Biotin Softgels are decent but not outstanding. They're easy to swallow and provide a good boost of lutein for eye health and biotin for hair and nails. I did notice some improvement in nail strength, but the results took a while to show, and I didn't see much change in my hair or vision. The price is affordable, which is a plus, but the effectiveness feels average compared to other brands I've tried. Has made my hair & nails feel healthier!
Easy to swallow supplements with no taste or odor. My hair has felt healthier and my nails are stronger. Great value for the price.
