Easy to swallow and does not leave or have a bad taste in mouth. I'm not noticing a huge difference as far as hair, but I am with insulin resistance and my weight. I've lost 6lbs in the last 4 weeks of taking this supplement with no change in diet or excessive. I have PCOS. My maintenance calories from what my nutritionist told me, is only 1100 calories per day. I have met my 1100 every single day and went over that a few times. But still lost 6lbs. I just started taking this daily with my normal multivitamin. I have not noticed any changes yet but I am going to stay consistent and see if it helps with my hair / nails. Really liked these gels, the shape is a small like pearl that makes it easy for swallowing which makes it perfect for those who hate taking pills. I definitely noticed stronger and faster nail growth. Big improvement for my nails
I have been having issues with nail growth and when they even get any sort of length they split and break. I started taking this biotin and there has been much improvement-my nails are growing and getting stronger,no more splitting also.
