    Better than name brand

    My doctor recommended I take a calcium supplement. Some online research showed calcium citrate with vitamin D would be the best for my needs. I first tried a name brand supplement and it worked well enough, but while at a CVS pharmacy for another reason the store brand of this supplement caught my eye, initially because it was on sale. It turned out to be better, in my opinion - first, no sodium in the ingredients, and second, the shape and surface of the caplet made it much easier to swallow. The CVS brand of this supplement has become my go-to from now on!

    Buyer Beware - Now REDUCED STRENGTH and contents!

    I have been purchasing this product for YEARS and found it to be very beneficial, but saw today that the contents of the capsules have changed....have been significantly REDUCED, actually. Also, talc has been added to the mixture. Calcium Citrate has been reduced from 650mg to 630mg, and the mixture NO LONGER CONTAINS Zinc, Copper and Manganese. If you were counting on getting these from this supplement, you are now going to need to get them from another source.
