Just as good as the Brand name if not Better
Due to my health conditions my doctor told me I MUST add a Calcium Supplement and at least the ingredients match EXACTLY to the Name Brand I was referred to by my provider. The best part is: it was SUPER AFFORDABLE & it TASTES Great!
