I bought this arm sleeve because while using my drill at work I could feel stress in my elbow. I bought the sleeve and I wasn't feeling strain on my elbow. I wasn't drilling with the sleeve on but I was pulling cable. I was pleased the way my elbow was feeling. Relief for pain
These copper items are great for pain on elbows and knees. There are different kinds to fit your needs. They work well and are comfortable. You can also hand wash. I have a terribly swollen elbow from bursitis
I needed something to help compress the swelling, until I could see my Othopedic surgeon. Someone recommended this sleeve. I was only supposed to wear it , during the day. After about 4 hours, I noticed a burning sensation in the inside, or what is known as the antiicubiitl side of my arm. At first I thought that the sleeve was becoming to tight, from the swelling of my Elbow. Not a very good value.
Not enough compression and pretty thin. The elastic band at the top is extremely itchy. For the $20 price point not a very good value.
