Great for night time pains
Very happy with this medicine, it helps at bedtime when my back is hurting making it difficult to get comfortable and sleep. Works better than expected.
CVS Health Extra strength Acetaminophen p.m., works much better than I expected. I have always had issues falling asleep, and have tried several different products with no avail. But this cvs product works very well, fell asleep within 30 mins. and all my daily aches and pains nelted away. If you don't get it from the title then idk what to tell you. This stuff is next level, when you need it, it's always there for you. And it works wonders.
