I used the CVS extra strength acetaminophen pm formula caps and am very satisfied with the results. The capsule is easy to swallow. Begins working within 20-30 minutes. Long acting,provides restful pain relief for hours. Works well to treat the pain I suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia. I'll definitely be using this again in the future. These pills do help a little bit with chronic pain. I am able to sleep a little bit better with them. I do wish that they were a bit stronger. The only down side to the pills is that it can sometimes make my restless leg syndrome worse. Generic extra strength acetaminophen PM that works great! Love the nighttime aspect as it helps me rest easier which helps alleviate the pain more so. Easy to swallow, fast acting.
