I've used a few different types of melatonin vitamins for sleep. This gummy works for the most part but this one in particular makes me feel groggy the next day. Just ok…
These Sleep Support gummies didn't really work for me. I didn't notice much of an effect when I take them. Good and fast sleep
I'm used to taking melatonin frequently but this was the first gummies I tried. The effect is certainly faster and I have slept very well with them. Amazing sleep gummies!
I have been struggling with sleep for a while now and I decided to try out the CVS Extra Strength Sleep Support Gummies. To be honest, I was initially skeptical about their effectiveness since they are over-the-counter gummies. Ok so it says to take 2 gummies but I only take 1 and it works in about 30 minutes. Meh, didn’t work as well
I've been taking melatonin in pill and gummy form for years since I have a hard time sleeping or just can't shut my brain off so easily. This one didn't really work that well for me. I didn't fall asleep for awhile still and I didn't stay asleep for long either. The only pro is that I don't think I had any crazy and weird dreams after taking this and I usually do when I take melatonin. I didn't like the flavor that much either. I know it's blackberry mint but it was quite bitter and perhaps another flavor would've been better. Helps with sleep
