    Simple and effective

    I tend to be picky with my melatonin but I've been pretty pleased with these. They have a good taste, a good consistency to chew, and seem to be effective with the level of melatonin. Definitely something I will keep on hand just in case.

    Knock me outtttt

    These sleep gummies knocked me out! I usually have trouble falling asleep but I took two of these and was down for the count, I slept like a log! They taste good and I didn't wake up feeling groggy at all.

    Pretty strong

    I gave this to my husband and my mother to try it, because I am pregnant and it's contraindicated. I did not like the fact that it has a component that isn't good for pregnant or kids, I take melatonin to sleep sometimes and never had problems. Anyway, my husband said it was pretty strong and my mother liked it. So I guess it's a good sleep supplement, and does what it is supposed to. For me the only downside was that wasn't indicated for pregnant or kids.

    Need improvement on the taste of the gummies

    Melatonin is a very popular dietary supplement nowadays that there is a saturation in the product offering containing this ingredient. CVS Health Extra Strength Sleep Support is a potent and effective product that relaxed me when taken as instructed. However, I have one aspect that I was not as impressed with - the taste. Instead of having a smooth candy-like taste, this product has a very medicinal taste with the gummy texture the only aspect that does not remind it of being a supplement. If there is an improvement on the taste, I would recommend this product to my peers and family. Still, this product comes recommended with one caveat in terms of the taste.

    Extra Strength Sleep Support Gummies

    Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I tried on a few occasions, before sleep, during the night, and had no effect. The gummies also taste badly.

    I Fell Asleep Right Away

    I tried CVS Sleep Support and I really like it. It tastes great and comes in gummy form. I fell asleep right away and slept for four hours straight. That's wonderful for me because I'm often in a lot of pain. So if you're in pain, CVS Sleep Support will help you fall asleep. I will continue to purchase CVS Sleep Support because it works well for me and I'm going to keep using it.

    It helps

    Off the bat, the flavor, not the best, the combination, blackberry and mint not my thing so it makes it hard to chew the gummy down all the way the way you're supposed to to have the most effectiveness of the product. I will say the first week I took It worked really good. I was sleeping on time waking up, refreshed in the morning, but after that, I wasn't going to sleep as early as I was in the beginning of taking the gummy, my body just builds an immunity to things so they only work for a short period of time but the product does work we just need to work on that flavor.

    No grogginess

    I like using sleep support gummies instead of pills that do the same thing. The gummy is easy to chew and swallow and has a good taste to it. It helps me fall asleep within a decent amount of time, usually 20-30 minutes and doesn't leave me feeling tired in the morning.
