I like how this product fits snug and doesn't slide down while walking around doing yard work. It gives me the ability to tighten it even more if needed to give me help during my sciatica flate ups . I dont get real sweaty wearing this for several hours either. I still have the ability to bend forward also. I needed a back brace for some back strain I've been experiencing. The brace is very easy to use and improves my posture. The quality is great. Provides good amount of lower back support!
At the office things can get pretty hands on in my line of work and sometimes that means moving and unpacking a lot of equipment or supplies. I started bringing this back brace with me so I can wear it on days I know there will be lots of physical activity and it's been great so far. It's nice that you can adjust the tightness to get it snug but not too tight. A few coworkers also commented on my improved posture so sometimes I even just wear it normally when it's calm in the office. It seems the lower back support helps me sit and stand more straight in general. I'm going to probably get a 2nd one so I can leave one at work and one at home.3 users found this review helpful.
