    Used it for years

    Ever since I started taking this supplement (for at least 10 years), it has stopped my knees from cracking when I climb stairs or walk.

    Reduce joint pain

    Helps relieve some of my knee pain along with Tylenol. I like that the caplets are so small.

    Small but maybe mighty

    The pills you take for glucosamine condition are just humongous. I've had it. I came across these in the generic version of Move Free Ultra. I can't say for sure that they are the reasons my knee and hip joints don't hurt anymore. I'm not sure if it's, because I've been sleeping on my back instead of my side or actually these little mighty pills work, but I'm continuing to take them for now.
