Been taking about 30 days and I've noticed a HUGE difference in pain reduction in my knees. I couldn't get up or down the stairs in my home without holding onto the rails and wincing the entire way. Took we twice as long as the average person. Now, I can get up and down without holding on. Realmente funciona
I have been dancing at least 3xs a week for several years. The pain of my 72 years old knees have been sever for 4 years. You name it, I've tried every otc pain and arthritis remedy made. I was up to 6 a day of Aleve/ibuprofen/BC arthritis powder. I decided to try Triple Action. . I'm glad I did. In 15 days I noticed a difference.
