Sí, recomiendoErinReviewed 6 years agoI'm 28 and have always had bad knees. Tore my ACL and had it repaired when I was 16, and it was all downhill. After about 4 weeks of taking these, I can say my knees have never felt better. My pain is so minimal that I barely even notice it. I ran out of these after 6 months of taking continuously and regret it- after 3 days my knees were stinging and grinding again. Two weeks in to taking them again and I'm all good! This cured my knee problems in two months
I'm 83, male. My favorite cardio exercise is steps. Used to do 20 flights every other day until knees became a problem around two years ago. I'd been taking glucosamine & chondroitin for years, and still do. For two years I tried all sorts of things - knee braces, arthritis rubs, not doing stairs for a month then starting back gradually, vegan diet, but nothing worked. This may actually work.

Good
I started taking this for my joints over a year ago. I like the fact that it is only one, small, easy to swallow pill. I think it helps my joints. However when I used to purchase it last year, it also included my daily essential of Vitamin D. This is partly why I choose this over all of the other bone and joint options in the beginning. However, now they seem to have revised the ingredients and Vit D is not listed on the packaging. So I have started supplementing with a daily Vit D also, which is another expense. It would be nice if you could combine it all in one pill again.6 users found this review helpful.
