Not too shabby!!
I was pretty excited to try these out as I have suffered from Endometriosis and PCOS for years menstrual pain is excruciating at least for me it is. I was pleasantly surprised that these actually get very warm and do help ease some discomfort. They aren't the best but if you have light cramps then they would probably be great for you. I think next time I'm going to put it on my lower back since most of my menstrual pain is usually in my lower back. I definitely recommend these plus the price isn't too bad either.

Pain relief and easy package
This days of the month my back and my lower stomach is cold and painful. This heat patch brings me relief in a 100%, the heat helps to maintain warm my belly while I walk or going to work. You can't notice above your clothes. I'm using it for years and this small package is perfect for traveling time

Lasted a long time
I used as instructed when I had menstrual cramps. Placed on a tank top that I wore under my regular top to avoid direct contact with skin. It stayed in place and didn't leave behind any residue on my tank top after removing. It stayed warm for longer than 12 hours. It provided comfort. My only complaint is that I wish it were longer. I would like something like this that I could wrap around by whole lower abdomen since my cramping is severe in my back and lower abdomen due to endometriosis. I considered using multiple pads at once to get this effect, but instructions advised against this.

Great product
I have tried heat patches before and they are so-so, this one adheres nicely and stays in place. The heat is just right and good for the patch. I also add it to my back when experiencing back pain

nothing crazy
This product helped soothe my cramps a little bit. all you have to do is take it out of the packaging and it will start heating up. it has no scent and stuck to my clothes just fine. it isnt too hot its just warm.

No relief
I received this product for free from influenster for testing purposes in exchange for an honest review. I wanted so bad for this product to work because my cramps are so painfuland. These patches didnot even get hot!! Theybarelygot warm. I read the directions and reread thwm again just to make sure i applied them right. Still nothing!

Very good
This was very easy to use. It was easy to put on and it stayed in place and i move alot. It really helped with my cramps. I like using this better than pills. I will be using this for now on. This is really good!!

Comfortable to use
This menstrual heat patch set comes with 4 units, they are so easy to use, I just need to apply it under my belly button, it adheres easily and stay on even when I am constantly moving, it feels comfortable to use it. It definitely helps me when I have cramps, it definitely feels good to have relief without taking any medication.
