    These are a godsend

    I'm not sure why all the bad reviews on here! I was very surprised to see that. My experience with these Midol heating patches is very different from the reviews here. I felt that the patches heated up very quickly and got sufficiently warm. The heat eased my severe cramping, and even stayed warm well beyond the 8-hour mark! I had no issues with the adhesive- it stayed in place very well. I will be buying these from now on!

    Does not work

    I bought these because I had a 7hr plane ride ahead with cramps and sadly they did nothing and it was a chore to even get them to partially stick.

    Save your money ladies

    I've brought heat patches before but this brand sucks , barley even heats up . Use another brand or if u can't find any get some hot hands as an alternative. Save your coins girls

    Does not work

    Do not waste your money on this product. It's a good idea if it worked, but no heat comes from this thing. I would usually recommend Midol products and I thought I was going to get some relief from my cramps but all this is, is a slightly sticky heart-shaped sticker.

    Barely Warm

    I'm bought these for my daughter because she was experiencing really bad cramps. The patch warmed up to her body temperature, nothing more. Save your money and buy a real heating pad.

    It got warm but not warm enough to really make a difference. Wish it got hotter.
