Good to have on hand
Good to have on hand around that time of the month. I get awful cramps and this takes the edge off of them for the most part. I wish they got a bit hotter. Also not a fan of placing adhesive on my clothing but the benefit out weighs that.

Horrible
Work the same at hot hands where they need air to warm up except hot hands would probably do a better job… all 3 barely got warm and did notice for cramps. They're also not discreet which would've been a big selling point if they made them that way. To be honest an icy hot patch would've done a better job, something I wouldn't spend $ on.

Works fast
This product was nice and worked quickly once opened. It lasted the full 12 hours and really helped ease the pain from my cramps. I have terrible period cramps every month. I know have a few of these boxes stocked in my cabinet waiting for Aunt Flo to pay a visit.
