I received these free for my review. I was excited to test these out since I recently bought another brand. I have painful periods so I got this at perfect timing. I put them on the inside of tight shorts and felt the heat and warmth to assist my cramps! Not worth it
It wasn't quite hot enough for me to feel a real difference on my stomach. The edges are sharp/scratchy and uncomfortable. Also, this is meant to be stuck to the inside of underwear which means you must have high rise underwear. Works ok
I love the idea for these. However mine did not heat up very well or last very long after having worn it for hours. This product works and is convenient. If you are traveling and are not able to get to a heating pad , this is for you . Also, when at work . I have wished I had my heating pad with on several occasions . I really enjoyed using the menstrual heat patch. I have never tried a product like this before however I found the heat patch to be quite effective. Helps when light cramping!
This heating pad got me through a cramp-y day and I'm very impressed. I will say though that my cramps got stronger at higher and I had to pop an Advil because the heading pad wasn't enough.
