I purchased this for knee pain after running. It stays in place. I did wear tight fitting legging over it. Personally, I find the patches with menthol added give me more relief than Lidocaine alone. It was less expensive than the Icy Hot patch but I didn't feel that it gave as much relief. Unfair comparison as the Icy Hot patch had the menthol. Got the job done
I just moved into a new apartment and I was horrified by how dirty and nasty it was, so I put on the patch on my back and went to work. I cleaned both bathrooms 🚻 the shower 🚿, kitchen, closets,bedrooms and dining room.
