This product needs a lot of work
Contrary to claims, this patch is almost impossible to apply correctly without about 4 hands. It ends up getting messed up sticking to itself, and you give up. Suggest you bring in all your friends and relatives to help take of the plastic and apply it to your skin. I suppose I should add that it doesn't really work either--as claimed. Didn't help with pain and doesn't stick to skin
The patch doesn't stick to skin very well. Yes, when you apply but shirtyly after you have 5o add adhesive to the perimeter for it to stay and really didn't alleviate any discomfort.
