    Better than I was expecting

    I've only recently started having menstrual symptoms and needed to manage them. This works really well. The price is better than other products I've been looking at. The ingredients in this help me a lot without causing issues. This will be on my list of ones to purchase because of how well it worked for me.

    Very Effective

    This stuff is great and works just as well as the name-brand! It reduces bloating and soothes cramps. The pills are rectangular but easy to swallow, and its effects are long-lasting, highly recommend!

    Great dupe

    Just like midol but half the price! Easy to opening/peel back packaging. Easy storage for travel too. Worked really well for my period pain/cramps. No noted side effects for me personally

    Quick and effective

    I usually get pretty bad cramps and I took these relief caps and after about 30min I really felt a difference. It also made other symptoms lessen. I would recommend to anyone who struggles with cramping and headaches during their period.

    Very effective for period discomfort

    Like many women, the first day of my period is often the worst. Cramps, aches and general pains plague me for the first day or two. For the longest time I wouldn't take any meds (being honorable I guess??) but now I'm comfortable with it. So I reached for these Maximum Strength Menstrual Relief capsules on the first day of my period, and I was generally miserable. Within an hour, these meds kicked in and I felt 100% better - aches were mild if not completely gone, and I felt comfortable enough to fall asleep. Definitely will be using this product again next month and whenever the need arises!

    These pills didn’t work for me—no pain relief or n

    Unfortunately, these didn't work for me at all. I took them as directed, but I didn't feel any relief-no difference in cramps, discomfort, or overall pain. I had to switch to another brand to actually get some relief. If you have strong menstrual pain, these might not be the best option.

    Simple but effective

    Review of Menstrual Relief Pills These work well and kick in fast. The ingredients are simple but effective. The packaging is convenient too. Just make sure to take them during the day-since they have caffeine, they might mess with your sleep if you take them at night.
