I tried Menstrual Complete Relief capsules, and I think they're a pretty solid option for easing period symptoms. They've got acetaminophen for pain, caffeine to help with bloating and give a little energy boost, and pyrilamine, which helps with overall discomfort. For me, they really did help with cramps, headaches, and that drained feeling I usually get during my cycle. I like that it's all in one capsule instead of taking a bunch of different things. The only downside is that they can make me a little jittery or drowsy depending on the day, probably from the mix of caffeine and antihistamine. I've also been careful not to take other meds with acetaminophen in them so I don't overdo it. Much more for less price

These pills are very good I took one on my first day of my period and they are effective, it has a lot of quality and the ingredients are perfect for menstrual cramps. You get a lot in this little box, it is super easy to take very, very effective, and it works very quickly, not like a lot of other medicines. I didn't notice really any side effects. Maybe a little tired but that just comes with the period sometimes anyway.
