    What cramps?

    This came right in time since I started my period. I do depend on medication on my first and second day of my cycle. These were effective at keeping my cramping at bay. I had no side effects from it. I am familiar with this brand so I know that it's always good value when it comes to anything CVS Health branded. I would definitely buy these again.

    Great substitute for middle, helps with cramps, no as strong but for the price and quantity its not bad. Would definitely purchase and recommend 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    Find relief in CVS's Menstrual Relief

    CVS Health Menstrual Relief works well on menstrual cramps, bloating, fatigue and more. It's a generic form of Midol Complete, but works just as well and is a non drowsy formula. The reason for four stars is that for 24 capsules it is pricey at CVS, but to be fair, it does work well in a bind. It has acetaminophen as its main component which works the best for me since I can't take anything with aspirin or whatever makes my blood thinner. Like with every medication, always check the possible side effects, and any warnings you may encounter. Overall, it's worth having for any woman!

    Affordable and Effective Period Relief!

    CVS Health Menstrual Complete Menstrual Relief Caplets really work! They help relieve cramps, bloating, and headaches fast without making me drowsy. I like that they're easy to swallow and affordable compared to the name brands - same results for less. Definitely a must-have for that time of the month!

    Buy them they work

    I got to try this menstrual relief caplets free in exchange for my honest review by Influenster and CVS Health and let me tell you they are life savers when those days of the month, easy to swallow, convenient carrying, cheaper than other brands, I will for sure recommend when your feeling stomach cramps or bloated they work great .

    Similar to name brand, with better pricing.

    I unfortunately have been given a lifetime of unbearable menstrual symptoms. With that, I've tried just about everything on the market. I made sure to take this CVS Health Menstrual Relief Caplets medication when I was in full swing of needing it. I appreciate the tablets being a normal, easy size to take. With no chalky pill taste or residue. I definitely feel it helped cramping & headache, though the following morning I had a headache 5X worse. Other than that being a possible side effect, I didn't notice anything else bothersome. I've taken them several other times with fine results. I personally feel these are very similar to Midol, with a much better price, so that is a huge benefit & reason I will buy again. I certainly recommend this product for the ladies that share my grief.

    Quick and gentle menstrual pain relief

    These caplets really helped ease my cramps fast. Within 30 minutes, my cramps were noticeably reduced, and I felt less bloated and tired. The caplets are easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and didn't cause any side effects. Definitely a reliable and affordable option for period pain relief.

    Great alternative for Midol

    There are no side effects, and this definitely helped me out with my cramps, back pain, and headaches!! The value is great for your money vs other brands that are more expensive, this will give you the same great relief. The packaging is safe and isn't flimsy so it wont break in your purse. Overall a great alternative to Midol!!
