    Did not help

    I want to return this item. It did not take away my heel pain. It actually created more pain in the arch of my foot. It might work for some, but it did not work for me.

    Not for Small Feet

    I wear a women's size 7 shoe, and these were much too long for me. I returned them.

    Great sock like arch supports

    My old dancers feet encounter periodic bouts of arch pain. These serve as great sock-like extra supports when going through the day to day activities. They fit into most sandals and gym shoes.

    A very helpful short term product

    I find this product to be a help for planters fasciitis. it is a little long for small feet which meant the sleeve part curled a bit bit overall this is a big help
