This athletic tape provides lots of support. My daughter plays basketball and just recently injured her ankle. Her Dr. had just mentioned that she needed to wear athletic tape while she's playing. She mentioned that it was better than the other tape that she was using. I'm excited to have this tape! It provides great support, sticks to itself without leaving residue, and is super easy to use. The flexibility and breathability make it comfortable, and I love that it's adjustable. While it's not the most durable and loses grip when wet, it's perfect for quick support. The material is a nice width that helps keep it flat and prevent it from getting bunched up. The bandage has a nice webbing that has small perforations to allow it to be breathable. The material sticks to itself well and doesn't pull on hair unless wrapped tight. A nice sports wrap.
I have only ever used hospital grade self adhesive wrap, and this one has pretty similar quality. I noticed this wrap feels a bit more sticky than other wrap I've used, but it's only really noticeable when applying the wrap, it didn't bother me once I was wearing it. Good for athletes and injuries
Very easy self adhesive to use when you need added support on joints. I use it to wrap my ankle or feet when they get swollen.
