I received this product for free from Influenster and CVS in exchange for my honest review. I was so happy to receive this tape as my husband and I are quite active and enjoy playing tennis and running. Minor injuries happen a few times a year as we get older and this tape is excellent to have on hand. As promised, the tape sticks well to itself and does stick to hair, making it comfortable to wear. The CVS PowerFlex Self-Adhering Sports Wrap is a dependable, easy-to-use wrap that offers solid support for mild sprains, strains, or joint compression. It's flexible, breathable, and most importantly-comfortable. It's breathable, so I didn't get that sweaty, itchy feeling. It doesn't stick to skin or hair, only to itself, which makes wrapping and unwrapping quick and pain-free. This wrap holds up surprisingly well. I've used it during workouts and while walking around all day, and it mostly stays put. However, after extended use or a lot of movement, it can start to loosen a bit-especially around high-motion joints like knees or ankles. It's not flimsy, though, and it doesn't tear or unravel easily. It also holds up for multiple uses if you're careful when removing it. The roll is generously sized, providing plenty of length to wrap larger areas like thighs or knees. It also tears easily by hand, so you can control the length and tension you need without scissors. One roll can last for several uses if you're just wrapping wrists, elbows, or ankles. The width is about standard (usually 2-4 inches depending on the pack), which is versatile for most body areas. Great to have in your gym bag, first aid kit, or medicine cabinet. It's not as tight as medical-grade compression tape, but for everyday support, swelling, or minor injuries, it does the job well. Would I recommend it? We go through these tapes very frequently! For any injuries or needed muscle support these are must have. Great quality and price!
Great product! Does not stick to wound or hair and is easy to put on and remove! It's durable and does not tear easily so it needs to be cut with scissors! It works once but is not at all reusable
What happened to the old fashioned cloth bandages you can reuse. These get to stretched when wrapping an ankle they are really just one time use.
