Trying to quit it's hard enough and nothing seems to work honestly so when I got this I said let me give it a try. It actually helped with cravings a lot. This gum works to curb nicotine cravings. It is uncoated so there isn't any candy crunch or anything. It is straight soft bite. Curb Craving
This gum doesn't have a bad flavor. It's not too strong like some are. Grabbing a piece when I want a cigarette has helped me cut back on my smoking a good bit. I’m a heavy smoker
I have been a smoker for so many years. I needed to get healthy and cut back on smoking. I tried this nicotine gum. I used it for the recommended amount and I was very happy with the results. It has a nice strong mint flavor. I was able to cut my smoking back to 1/2 cigarettes a day. If you are looking to quit then this is a great nicotine gum. NICOTINE
I THINK THE GUM ITSELF WAS TOO HARD TO CHEW. I DID'NT NOTICE ANY THING ABOUT KEEPING THE URGES FROM SMOKING AWAY. MAYBE THE GUM AND NICOTINE WAS TOO OLD. Helped with cravings
This product helped with nicotine cravings. I liked that it was sugar free. I don't feel like it being sugar free affected the taste of the gum though. I think this is a good tool to stop nicotine addiction.0 users found this review helpful.
